The Bovtiqve Fashion Week platform has changed the game by giving students a hands-on experience of the beauty industry. In partnership with Paul Mitchell the School, BVFW has grown an established team of loyal supporters that they’ve built a team that feels like a family. Olympia Kent is one of the members. Beginning in Feburay 2020 Bovtiqve Fashion Week has created a foundation of fashion and business trade. They focus on increasing economic and creative development in the areas of fashion design, clothing, merchandising, event production, and modeling.

Olympia Kent holds the position as the BVFW Cheif Executive of the Hair and Makeup department. As a former graduate of the Gwynnis Mosby Makeup institute, she has the proper skill to teach future professionals how to better their craft. She educates the students on how the industry works within the backstage part of productions and needs to know tips.

Her career in the beauty industry started when she was just 13 years of age. She worked as a salon assistant and was taught how to shape eyebrows. Taking what she learned in her youth she took those same skills to build her own clientele in high school. Following high school graduation, Atlanta Technical College is where she studied while still in high school to learn more about the industry but didn’t quite get what she wanted. Years passed and she eventually came back to the industry and studied professional makeup at The Gwynnis Mosby Makeup Academy in Tucker, GA.

The Gwynnis Mosby Makeup Academy provides students with hands-on education in areas of professional makeup. The students experience the actions of production makeup, special effects, beginning prosthetics, runway, bridal events, and more. The founder Gwynnis Mosby, with three decades of experience, molds her students to be ready for whatever field they dream to be employed in. Since graduating Olympia has not only established a position with BVFW but she works as a professional makeup artist for film and television.

In addition to Olympia’s outstanding career, she’s the owner of the Makeup Goddess brand. If you’re ever in need of high-quality lashes then The Makeup Goddess Studio is the place for you. Olympia provides 5 styles of 3D mink eyelash extension that gives you gorgeous eyes instantly with up to 25 years.
